Market cap, holders and trades move up or down against a baseline read from the chain at the time of the call. Graduation is yes or no. Every call settles a day after it is placed, from the same chain reads.

A call is void when the subject graduated or stopped trading before settlement, when the baseline was missing, or when the number did not move at all. Streak counts consecutive hits (green) or misses (red), newest first. Nothing here is advice.
